Relax & Unwind: Spend your days lounging by the peaceful community pool and enjoy outdoor cooking on the BBQ grills. After a refreshing swim, dry off with our plush oversized pool towels. In-unit washer and dryer with complimentary starter supplies. Pool Heating: The pool is heated during the cooler months, except from December 1 through February 1. High speed internet connection, great for all business needs, or for simply kicking back and enjoying games or videos. Need a dedicated business workspace? Utilize the desk in the main bedroom. If available, I can provide an extra table and chair for a comfortable home office, subject to availability. Family-Friendly Amenities: Traveling with little ones? We've got you covered! Complimentary baby and toddler items are available upon request, subject to availability, including: Pack 'n Play, High Chair, Stroller, Baby gate, Children's toys and games and Infant Bathtub. As this is a residential complex, parties and events are not permitted. The pool is for registered guests only, so please do not invite outside visitors. Welcome to Parc Scottsdale! I'm so glad you've chosen to stay here! My goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and relaxing home for every guest. To help keep the condo in excellent condition for everyone, please take a moment to review these house guidelines. No parties or events. To respect our neighbors and maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the community, parties are not permitted. Smoke-free community. Parc Scottsdale is a non-smoking complex. Smoking or vaping of any substance is not permitted inside the condo or anywhere on the property. Please avoid candles, incense, and strong cooking odors. Candles and incense are not allowed. If you plan to cook frequently with heavy spices or fry foods often, this condo may not be the best fit. Lingering odors can require deep cleaning of draperies and upholstery or even repainting, and any associated costs may be charged to the guest. Please don't flush wipes. Even wipes labeled "flushable" can clog the plumbing, so please dispose of them in the trash. No pets. HOA rules do not allow pets on the property. Bringing a pet may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. I also have a severe cat allergy, so I appreciate your understanding. Pool guidelines. The pool is reserved for registered guests staying at the condo and may not be used by invited visitors. It is heated except from December 1 through January 31. The HOA manages the pool, and it may occasionally close for maintenance or repairs. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided if the pool is unavailable during your stay. Traveling with a baby? I'm happy to provide baby equipment, including a crib, high chair, baby gate, infant bath, toys, and stroller, subject to availability. Just let me know what you'd like when you make your reservation, and I'll have everything ready for your arrival at no extra charge. Old Town location. The condo is located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. While the unit and the community are generally quiet, you may occasionally hear some neighborhood or street activity. Package deliveries. Packages may be delivered to the condo door, but USPS mail service is not available for short stays. When ordering online, please request FedEx or UPS delivery. If you're staying one month or longer, USPS mail service can be arranged—just ask for instructions. Fresh bedding. The quilts on the beds may be different from those shown in the photos. I rotate them regularly to keep everything looking fresh and in excellent condition for every guest. Thank you for helping care for the condo and for being considerate of our neighbors. Welcome! We hope you have a wonderful stay. To help ensure everyone enjoys their time here, please keep the following in mind: Please be respectful of the community. This is a residential complex, so we ask that you be mindful of your neighbors by respecting their privacy and keeping noise to a minimum. Reservations must be made by the staying guest. Reservations made under false pretenses—including booking on behalf of others without the person who made the reservation staying at the condo—are not permitted. Such reservations may be canceled without refund, including forfeiture of advance payments, deposits, and rental fees. If guests have already checked in, they will be required to vacate the property immediately without a refund. No smoking or vaping. Parc Scottsdale is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free community. Smoking or vaping any substance is prohibited inside the condo, in common areas, and in the parking areas. HOA fines for violations will be the responsibility of the guest. No pets. HOA rules prohibit pets anywhere on the property. Bringing a pet may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning fee. Thank you for understanding. (I also have a severe cat allergy, so this policy is especially important.) Please help us care for the towels. If you wear makeup, please use makeup remover or facial tissues before using the provided towels. Makeup and other staining substances can permanently damage the white towels. Please use tissues or other disposable materials for anything that may stain. While we will always try to remove stains first, guests may be charged to replace towels that cannot be restored. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Following these simple guidelines helps us maintain a clean, comfortable home for all guests and keeps us in good standing with our HOA. Neighborhood

You are in the Arts and Garden District of Old Town. Walk to the independently owned restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries and shops of Main Street. The Valley Ho Hotel is around the corner; you can use their pool and other amenities most days for a rental fee. The Scottsdale Trolley is free, and takes you around Old Town. The stop is a block away. Enjoy the locally owned shops, cafes and restaurants that make Old Town special all within walking distance. I am an Arizona native, and I can give you ideas on what to do and see in my lovely state; please contact me for ideas.

Guest Access

You will have the entire condo to yourselves. The pool, barbecues and covered patio space is shared. Large pool towels are in the condo. This is a small complex so you may have much of the common areas to yourselves.

Find us

You won't need a car, though there is a dedicated covered parking spot. You can walk to so many fun and interesting places. A ride share to the Entertainment district is very inexpensive, without the bother of finding a parking space. Or you can walk there. There are great walking routes from the condo to all parts of Old Town; see the walking map in the condo.
